Julia Fair brings 8 years of experience in teaching music and 5 years of co-directing and building a youth theater company. She co-founded Atomic City Children’s Theater (ACCT) in Los Alamos, New Mexico with board VP Daren Savage. Since moving to North Carolina, she has performed in Andrew Lippa’s The Wild Party with North Raleigh Arts and Creative Theatre, played Sister Hubert in Cary Players’ production of Nunsense, and has been music director for Cary Player’s production of A Christmas Story. With ACCT she directed over 10 productions including: Beauty and the Beast Jr., Willy Wonka Jr., The Music Man., Mulan Jr., and The Little Mermaid Jr. Ms. Fair has also fulfilled the role of orchestral director for the Los Alamos High School Thespian’s Club for their production of Singing in the Rain and The Wiz.
